If Vyapar stops syncing, a licence will not attach, or a payment went through but your plan did not change, you will want a real person. These are the contact details Vyapar publishes on its own FAQ page, checked on 26 September 2026.

Numbers can change, so if one does not work, open the FAQ page linked above and check the Contact section there. Be careful with numbers you find in random search results or comments. Vyapar will not ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN or OTP to fix an app problem.

What to keep ready before you call
Support calls go much faster when you have the details in front of you:
- the mobile number or email your Vyapar account is registered with
- your plan and when you bought it (the payment receipt helps)
- on a computer, the device ID, which Vyapar uses when you move a licence
- a screenshot of the error, if there is one
