Vyapar Referral Code for Existing Users: Can You Add It Later?

admin2 min read

A common question, right after “what is the code”: someone created their Vyapar account last month, bought a plan, and only then found out about the referral code. Can they still use it?

Short answer: not from inside the app. You still have a couple of options, though.

Where the referral code goes

Vyapar asks for the code at exactly one moment. When you create a new account, the screen where you type your OTP has a second box underneath, labelled “Invite Code (if any)”. That is the only place we have seen it.

Once you tap Create Account, that screen is gone. We did not find an “add referral code” option anywhere in the settings, the profile or the pricing page afterwards.

What existing users can do

You have two realistic options.

  • Ask Vyapar support. Explain that you signed up recently and meant to use a referral code. We cannot promise they will add it, but it costs nothing to ask. Our Vyapar customer care guide lists the official phone and WhatsApp numbers.
  • Look for a sale coupon at checkout. Coupons are separate from referral codes and appear on the checkout page when a sale is running. On 24 September 2026, for example, the VALUE60 coupon was applied automatically.

We would not recommend creating a second account just to use a code. Your invoices, parties and stock live in the first one, and moving everything across is more trouble than the extra months are worth.

If you are helping someone else sign up

Get the code ready before they start. Copy PNQ1G9, open vyaparapp.in, and paste it into the “Invite Code (if any)” box the moment it appears on the OTP screen. The whole thing takes about five minutes, and our step-by-step guide has a screenshot of every screen.

Renewing an existing plan

When your plan runs out, you renew from the pricing page like before. The referral code is not part of that screen. What changes from year to year is the sale price and any coupon, so check the checkout page before you pay. Our checkout explainer shows how to read it.
