After you create your Vyapar account, the pricing page asks you to choose between two paid plans, Silver and Gold. This comparison is based on what Vyapar’s pricing page showed when we went through the sign-up on 24 September 2026.
What both plans include
- Sync your data across devices.
- Create more than one company.
- Generate e-way bills.
- Remove the Vyapar advertisement from your invoices.
- Set multiple prices for an item.
- Update items in bulk.
Where Silver and Gold differ
- Companies: Silver allows up to 3 companies. Gold allows up to 5.
- E-way bills: Silver includes 10 a month. Gold includes unlimited e-way bills.
- Tally: Gold can export your data to Tally. Silver does not include this.
- Extra Gold features: unlimited restore of deleted transactions, combining multiple orders or challans into one sale, an accounting module, party-wise profit and loss reports and WhatsApp Connect.
What the prices looked like
Prices depend on the device type (Mobile, Desktop, or Desktop + Mobile) and the duration (1 or 3 years). During the Value Sale on 24 September 2026, the pricing page showed these prices for Desktop + Mobile:
- Gold, 1 year: ₹4,319.10 (shown as about ₹359.93 per month), down from ₹9,099.
- Gold, 3 years: ₹7,919.20 (about ₹219.98 per month), down from ₹18,699.
- Silver, 3 years: ₹7,679.20 (about ₹213.31 per month), down from ₹16,299.
These are sale prices before GST. At checkout, Vyapar adds 18% GST. Prices change with every sale, so check the pricing page for today’s numbers.
Which one should you pick?
Silver is a good fit if you run one or two businesses and generate only a few e-way bills a month.
Gold makes more sense if you:
- manage more than three companies,
- send goods often and need more than 10 e-way bills a month,
- or share data with an accountant who uses Tally.
On the day we checked, the 3-year Gold plan cost ₹240 more than 3-year Silver before GST. For many businesses, that small difference is worth it for the extra companies and unlimited e-way bills. If none of the Gold extras matter to you, Silver does the job.
