Vyapar does not have one price. What you pay depends on three choices you make on the pricing page: which devices you want to use it on, how many years you pay for, and which plan you pick. This article walks through each choice, with the real prices we saw on 24 September 2026.
Choice 1: device type
At the top of the pricing page there is a Filters button. Under “Select Device Type” you get three options:
- Mobile: use Vyapar on your phone.
- Desktop: use Vyapar on a computer.
- Desktop + Mobile: both, with your data synced between them.
A desktop licence works only on a computer, so if you want to bill from your phone as well, pick Desktop + Mobile.
Choice 2: duration
Under “Select Time” you choose 1 Year or 3 Years. The 3-year option costs more in one go but much less per month.
Choice 3: Silver or Gold
Silver covers up to 3 companies and 10 e-way bills a month. Gold covers 5 companies, unlimited e-way bills, and adds Tally export and a few other extras. Our Silver vs Gold comparison goes through every difference.
Prices we saw on 24 September 2026
These are Desktop + Mobile prices during Vyapar’s Value Sale, as shown on the plan cards:
- Gold, 1 year: ₹4,319.10, shown as about ₹359.93 a month (original price ₹9,099).
- Gold, 3 years: ₹7,919.20, about ₹219.98 a month (original price ₹18,699).
- Silver, 3 years: ₹7,679.20, about ₹213.31 a month (original price ₹16,299).
We did not record every combination, so Mobile-only and Desktop-only prices are not listed here. Vyapar changes its prices with every sale, so treat these as an example and check the pricing page for today’s numbers.
GST is added at checkout
The plan card price does not include GST. At checkout Vyapar adds 18% GST. For example, the 3-year Gold plan at ₹7,919.20 came to ₹9,344.66 after GST. Our checkout explainer shows that calculation line by line.
1 year or 3 years?
On the day we checked, 3-year Gold worked out to about ₹220 a month against about ₹360 a month for 1-year Gold, roughly 39% less per month. The trade-off is simple:
- Pick 3 years if you already know Vyapar suits your business and want the lowest monthly cost.
- Pick 1 year if you are new to billing software and want to be sure before committing.
Try it before you pay
Vyapar’s desktop page mentions a 7-day trial with all features unlocked. The trial is a good time to create a few invoices and see whether you need Gold’s extras.
Add the referral code when you sign up
